RETURN POLICY

Your happiness is important to us and we take utmost care to deliver the product with correct specification confirming to your order. Since the Art Work are manufactured against your demand, we can support return or exchange only if the item supplied to you is not as per your order, due to fault from our side like it differ in type and Size . -In such case, intimate us immediately within 48 hours to the WhatsApp contact number: 9438504145 and email to nanoedge.art@gmail.com along-with detail of complain , photo and video .

 

Please note ,If we don't receive complain within 48 hours after delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange . So please do needful on priority as soon as possible before this time.​-To be eligible for return and exchange, your item must be unused and in the same original condition and original packaging.​-If you notice the package is in anyway opened or damaged in transit, please inspect, take photo and video as proof ,share the detail to our above contact immediately and don't accept the same. Courier and our responsibility ceases once you accept the item. -You as the customer is responsible for all costs related to shipping. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and buyer confirmation agreeing to pay return shipping costs .​

Return Process:​

1)Notify your complain through our whatsapp no. 9438504145 ,alongwith detail of complain ,photo, video & mail to nanoedge.art@gmail.com

2)If eligible for return, NANOEDGE ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY PVT. LTD will email you a pre-printed Return Label. NANOEDGE ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY PVT. LTD will apply the costs associated with shipping back to your credit card.

3) Please repackage the item in its original packaging, and securely affix the Return Label to the outside of the pack.

 

4)Ship your return package using a reputable shipping company (include tracking number; NANOEDGE will not be responsible for lost or undelivered returns).

 

5)Share shipping details & tracking number to us through WhatsApp no. 9438504145

 

6)If you are shipping an item of reasonable high value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds/Exchange (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed.

 

In case of refund, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, 1st check your bank ac again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
