SHIPPING POLICY
All products are either in stock or custom made on your demand and we take all care to deliver nicely, therefore, needs time to deliver your ordered item as follows:
Art , Stickers and Frames : 4-6 business days of preparing, printing and packing time before the product is shipped out for product .Additional shipping time begins after this production time, and can be 5-8 business days for domestic ground services .
LED NEON ART : Made to order and we need 12-15 days for manufacturing & make ready for dispatch. Additional shipping time begins after this production time, and can be 5-8 business days for domestic ground services .
If you need something more urgently than this, please first reach out at nanoedge.art@gmail.com instead of placing your order and we will see what we can do for you. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Saturday) except weekdays with Local and National Holidays. We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays.
International shipping is available for some countries. However in case of sizable requirement, please make an inquiry to our email below to see if we ship to your location.
For international order , Shipping and handling times will vary by location. Please allow 21-25 days for your international package to be shipped from our end. Additional shipping time begins after this production time, and can be 10-15 business days. International orders may also be subject to additional Delivery ,duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them. Address Changes If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify us as soon as possible at nanoedge.art@gmail.com. This includes out-of-date addresses on PayPal accounts/ Razorpay or other payment accounts.
If you fail to notify us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.
